Hiyoshi India Conducts Comprehensive Safety Training Programme for Employees

As part of its ongoing commitment to workplace safety, health and operational excellence, Hiyoshi India Ecological Services Private Limited successfully conducted a comprehensive Safety Training Programme for all employees on 10.07.2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The training programme was delivered by external safety experts from Sarvam Safety Equipment Private Limited, Chennai.

The objective of the programme was to reinforce a strong safety culture across the organization by enhancing employees’ awareness of workplace hazards, safe work practices, emergency preparedness and compliance with applicable safety regulations. The training covered employees from various departments including laboratory operations, engineering, operations & maintenance (O&M), project execution, administration, etc.

The key topics covered during the training included:

  • Importance of workplace health and safety
  • Hazard identification and risk assessment
  • Safe work practices and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Emergency response procedures and incident reporting
  • Electrical and mechanical safety
  • Chemical handling and laboratory safety
  • Safe practices during site visits and field operations
  • Employee responsibilities in maintaining a safe workplace

During the programme, employees were encouraged to actively participate in discussions, share practical experiences and reinforce the importance of following safety procedures in their day-to-day activities.
